Returns
We accept returns for items purchased directly from AVTChip.com under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement product.

Shipping Fees
